Barbados in a tough three-set battle (25-23, 25-23, 27-25) and
qualified to the quarterfinals of the men’s volleyball

third placed team of Pool B .

side while recording 23 points and Marc Anthony Honore added 10

“We have had more chances to play against the best teams of
NORCECA and that gave us more opportunities to prepare better.
Both our teams have changed a lot and we will be facing each
other in the Caribbean Volleyball Championships very soon,”
Trinidad & Tobago’s coach Gideon Dickson said.
“They wanted to win more than us and we committed many unforced
errors in services and spikes, Barbados’ coach Ludger Niles
said. “I wish them the best of luck as they continue to
represent the Caribbean English speaking countries in the
competition.”
